Initially started by designer Shani Syphrett as an all-female jewelry brand (Jamila Jolie), Jamila Jo quickly evolved into a unisex accessories brand because its primary market of the cultured urban trendsetter/professional is not limited to style conscious females. Jamila Jo’s mission is to create contemporary and sophisticated HANDMADE accessories that intergrate into popular culture while seperating themselves by quality and personal style…just like our clients.

How are your products made?
All jewelry is made by hand by designer, Shani Syphrett
Do you create custom orders?
Yes, we create custom orders if they are along the lines of the Jamila Jo brand.
What is your shipping policy?
We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping is through USPS and rates can be found within each product description. To track a package go to http://www.usps.com and enter your confirmation #.
What is your return policy?
Jamila Jo strives for a satisfied customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at [email protected] and return your purchase within 14 days of the ship date on your shipping label for an exchange/repair or store credit.
How are payments processed?
All online purchases are processed through PayPal.
Can different billing and shipping addresses be used?
